The Differing Shapes and Sizes of Martini Glasses
Jun 25th
Martini glasses are my favorite type of cocktail glasses. I found a little bit of information about them at http://www.cocktailglass.org/martini-glasses.php and the facts there verified why I liked them. One reason that I like them so much is that they hold my favorite cocktail. They are also beautiful by nature. The long stem of glass, that holds up the bowl, which is a unique shape in itself, just strikes me. The bowls of martini glasses come in differing angles and sizes. I prefer a very large martini glass, only because I can hold more liquid in it. I also prefer a bowl that is very wide and shallow. Most of the people that I know prefer a deeper and steeper martini glass so that it doesn’t spill very easily. I like a shallow and less steep glass because it makes me feel like the drink can breathe better and make the flavor a little more delicate.
The Coolest Wine Tasting Ever!
Feb 19th
Many philosophers have said that life on earth is nothing but a journey. There are a number of people around the world whose life is nothing but extensive travel. I have met with such people and communicated with them. A French traveler has told me that he would work six months and with that money he would travel six months to much places as possible. He said that he had traveled almost half of the world. He showed me a bunch of photographs of friends that he had taken from various countries.
Travel is the best way to acquire knowledge. We can mingle with different people and study their languages, their outlooks and philosophies. We can study, analyze and distinguish between different cultures and civilizations. Different landscapes are mind boggling to see and enjoy. We can get rid of the boredom of life and can get immersed into the charm and elegance of different parts of the world. I learned a lot when I went to a cool wine tasting in buenos aires.
The traveler can see closely the folk culture of ancient people by visiting certain parts of Africa, Asia and Australia. The South American culture is entirely different from that of Canada or USA. You can see the Great Wall of China and Taj Mahal in Asia. You may see Kangaroos in Australia and Niagara Water Falls in North America. People travel extensively for fun. Every country has a lot of fun places. Songs, music, paintings, aquariums, museums, gardens and zoos are all spots of attraction and amusements for any traveler. Rivers, lakes, oceans, parks, hills and mountains attract everybody. Places like Disney World are very popular for traveling families. There are yet another category of people who travel as pilgrims. They include Christians, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists and so on. Jerusalem, Mecca, Benares etc; are important pilgrim centers.
There are umpteen number of wine tasting centers around the world. Tuscany in central Italy, Santiago in Chile, Bordeaux in France, Cape Town in South Africa, Mendoza in Argentina, Sydney, New York, San Francisco, Spain, the list is endless. All are famous places for wine tasting. The Malbec varietal of Buenos Aires is world famous. You can’t leave Argentina without attending at least one cool wine tasting in Buenos Aires.
My Coffee Business And Western Culture
Aug 10th
I am finding out something about this western culture that I absolutely hate. This one problem is definitely going to be a problem in the future if things do not change. But let me state my concern. Why do more and more people never like to work really hard? How come there a lot of very lazy folks in the usa? These are questionsIi inquire of myself regularly given that I manage a gourmet coffee online shop with a number of really lazy employees. Most of my staff members just sit on their behinds all day chit chatting but not get any kind of work completed. Putting things off and laziness is undoubtedly a large concern with usa individuals. For this reason I use outside agencies for a lot of my work abroad today. Nevertheless, if I had it my own way, my complete fine coffee business will involve work done offshore.
