I have done programs like this in the past, and they are really intense. You definitely have to replenish some vital nutrients after such a grueling workout. I suppose it if doesn’t include a recipe, I could find a good one online. Actually, I would prefer a premixed drink. That would be super convenient, and I am all about convenience. I don’t know anyone who has done P90X, personally, but I would love to hear from anyone who has completed the program.
