A year ago I got fed up of being slim and slender and wanted to put on a bit of weight and bulk up by hitting the gym on a regular basis. I knew that I was going to need some help with this and as I am smart and sensible guy I was certainly not going to be using any illegal substances to help me achieve my goal. I bought a Power Juicer online after reading some good Jack LaLanne Juicer Reviews. There were some negative reviews that were mostly about clean up being a bit of a process, but most people found their overall experience to be a positive one, and I have to agree.
On the upside this juicer is powerful and makes tasty juice fast. You just put your fruits in the feed chute, press down lightly on the supplied pusher and you got yourself a fruit juice in under 10 seconds! Vegetables, because they are generally tougher than fruits, take a little more effort. But it still only takes about 10 – 20 seconds to make a vegetable juice. Awesome!
As already mentioned, the clean up of the Jack LaLanne juicer is a pain. You need to break it down into 7 components that all need cleaning. While most of the parts only need a good rinse to get clean, the filter and the blade need a good scrubbing to get all the pulp off. I found that a toothbrush is best for this, but even then it will take you several minutes of muscle.
Apart from the cleaning, on the whole I think this is a good juicer, and for $100 you can’t go wrong.

Is a Champion or Omega the Best Juicer?

Something that I am trying to work out at the moment is which of the Champion or Omega masticating machines are the best juicer. As you may have gathered, this is because I want to get one but currently I am not too sure which one to choose.
It is actually quite a hard decision because in many respects, they are identical. First of all, they are the same type, this is good because I want a masticating juicer. They cost about the same sort of money. At over $200 they are not budget machines. However, neither are they the most expensive juicers on the market. When you look at them you can tell that they are similar because they have the same shape also.
What makes matters even more confusing is that owners of these machines give them positive reviews. So there really does not seem to be much to choose between them. The good news I suppose is that which ever brand I choose, it will hopefully be the best juicer that I have owned.

I have a nephew who is curious to learn about everything. Once when I brought him to the supermarket, he asked where juice comes from, why it came in a box, and the difference of the orange juice from the fruit and the one that came in a box.
