The key is not in your arm, or your shoulder, or back, but your whole body. A punch must always begin from the leg and to get the optimum power the corresponding foot must be on-tip-toes. Bending the leg and flexing the arm, twist the body while extending the arm so the power generated by your leg is transferred through the entire body.

Locals Can Be Helpful If You Move In A New Town

I moved to a neighboring state last month because I got a good job offer from one of the company which was based over there. I took a new house and moved with my family and belongings. One of the things that I needed to do urgently was to inform the passport office that I had changed my residential address. Since I was new in town I did not know where the passport office was located I approached my colleague and asked him for help. My colleague told me that I need not go to the passport office to get the address changed on my passport but I could approach the post office that would do this work. So I went to the nearest post office and asked them for a passport address change form. After filling the application form and paying the necessary fees I was told that my passport would be delivered to my house in a couple of days. I thanked my colleague because he saved me valuable time in this new city.
